To the Editor: Williams College uses a 12-point system that gives credit for an A+. This is how it works: Grade Value Assigned:A+ 12A 11A- 10B+ 9B 8B- 7C+ 6C 5C- 4D+ 3D 2D- 1F 0 To convert to a 4.0 system, you just divide by 3. It is short and sweet and should be adopted.
