$250,000 gift helps BSAD

The University received a gift of $250,000 to help support the School of Business Administration (BSAD) and the college’s new dean, Sanjay Sharma, according to a news release. The Grossman Family Foundation of Cos Cob, Conn. gave the University the funds as an investment toward the future of BSAD, the news release stated. “The experience that both he and Pramodita Sharma bring to UVM strike us as a perfect fit for the school’s existing strengths and emerging areas of academic distinctiveness,” said Steven Grossman, chair of the board of the foundation. The gift will be used at the discretion of Sharma, Grossman said.
