Burlington Restaurants

To: Julian BrizziWell Luenig’s is a longtime Church St. restaurant and is conveniently located. I would recommend you try Parima at the top of Church St. and 1 block right. It is owned by UVM alumnis “Jip” Jotikasthira (Electrical Engineering “93”)and is rightfully considered one of Burlington’s top restaurants. Check it out, it will not break your bank (UVM Students recieve a 10% discount with ID)and you may change your opinion of what is excellent in the Queen City. Elegant Atmosphere, high quality ingredients, live Jazz on Wed evenings, large local beer selections, fantastic wines, custom classic cocktails, weekend live entertainment along w/dinner, etc… A web-search (Parima) will reveal several accolades for this excellent dining & entertainment locale that Jip a Bangkok, Thailand native began during while obtaining her Masters at St Michaels. This all began because Burlington did not offer Thai cuisine, so 10 years later this fantastic restaurant serves authentic thai dishes cooked by Thai and Vietnamese chefs trained by Executive chef Wanvadi “Jip” Jotikasthira. Be sure to say Hello to her, as she is expecially fond of UVM students…Daryl Campney
