Dear Cynic,I am an English major here at UVM, class of 2006, and a writer. It is so hard to find a place to bounce around ideas and exercise my creative muscle. A friend recently suggested I contact the VT Cynic.I picked up a copy today and lo and behold, people interested in writing for the cynic had a meeting tonight, at 5, while I was busy eating a nasty chicken sandwich and lazily flipping between ESPN and ESPN2.I would LOVE to write for the Cynic! I could do movie reviews, sports stuff, ANYTHING you needed. I can meet with someone, send in some of my work, whatever you need. But PLEASE – help a writer out!
