Kofi Mensah wins SGA presidential elections

Kofi Mensah won the election for SGA president with David Maciewicz as vice president.The total amount of votes came to 1397. Kofi Mensah recieved 713 votes and Claire Chevrier recieved 667, according to the SGA website.”Thank you to the student body,” Mensah said. “Your support not just for me but for the overall SGA elections has been outstanding. This is the kind of involvement that I am proud to see, and I hope will lead to a stronger student body.”The President and Vice President will turn over all powers, duties and responsibilities to the President-Elect and the Vice President-Elect at the final meeting of the current SGA Senate session on April 13, according to the SGA website.
