A blog called UVM Little Bird was created to post anonymous information about the UVM community. The blog asks students to send in information that they believe the public must see. “Videos, pictures, quotes and articles turned down from The Cynic or The Water Tower for some radical notion, will be collected and published here,” the blog stated. According to the blog, even hate notes, rumors, rants, poems or crime-related incidents will be posted. Following the recent Student Government Association elections, the blog posted rumors, pictures and opinions about both presidential candidates. SGA President-Elect Julian Golfarini, said he noticed a poster advocating the blog in the Davis Center that read, “Julian Lies,” and decided look at the website. “It’s not a bad idea to be honest,” Golfarini said, “However, what they said about me was untrue.”
