#18 Allison Barnaby – field hockey

Position: Forward?

Height: 5’6”?

Class: Senior?

Hometown: Hampton, N.H.?

High School: Governor Dummer Academy

Accomplishments at UVM:

Coach Nicki Houghton said of Barnaby, “Allison is a great athlete who has the ability to score from anywhere on the field. She makes an immediate impact in our line up whether from the forward or midfield position.” She proved this ability with one of two goals that beat Cornell in the opening day of the Sheraton Catamount Classic on Sept. 10. This goal already matches her goal total from last year, as she looks to end her Catamount career in excellence. She has also made America East Honor Rolls from 2009 to 2011 in addition to being named to the 2010 NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad.

Previous accomplishments:

Throughout her high school career, Barnaby collected letters in field hockey, ice hockey and track. She was also her field hockey team MVP for both her junior and senior years.
