A University-owned house on South Prospect St. went up in flames late last night, according to a CatAlert sent to University students and faculty around 2:00 a.m.Fire crews found a single body which has since been removed according to an article written by WCAX. The identity of the individual has yet to be released.The house was a ?non-student house,? the alert stated. Fire crews were able to extinguish the flames at the 448 South Prospect St. house and injuries and fatalities are currently unknown, according to the CatAlert.Students on Redstone campus were able to see there was smoke coming from a site nearby.”We were in Wright and from the window at back staircase you could see smoke,” said sophomore Laura Sercel. “You could see it in the back parking lot of Wright and in the street.”The Cynic is investigating the matter.
