UVM President Daniel Mark Fogel announced the choice for the new dean of the Rubenstein School of the Environment and Natural Resources in a campus-wide e-mail.Mary C. Watzin, the current associate dean for graduate education and school planning in the Rubenstein School, will assume the full-time position on July 1 of this year.Watzin will be the third dean of the school and the replacement for interim dean Lawrence “Larry” Forcier who was forced to resign from the position Feb. 17.
