Nora Sissenich is a junior from New York City majoring in statistics and psychology with a minor in German. She serves as co-features editor of the Cynic. She joined the Cynic as a first-year, writing primarily for features as well as news, before being named features editor her sophomore year. She is drawn to experiences that, like journalism, allow her to learn new things, meet new people, and hear people’s stories. Outside of journalism, she enjoys exploring new places, cooking, and geeking out about public health.
