On March 28, the cities of Burlington, Williston and Essex Junction hosted a series of “No Kings” protests against the Trump administration and additional grievances held by the citizens of Vermont.

 

Given the scale of the last “No Kings” protests, and how under-advertised the new protests were, we had anticipated low turnout. While we attended the protests in Burlington and Williston, it was Burlington’s attendance that far surpassed what we anticipated.
