UVM dance Professor Paula Higa and senior Phoebe Tucker freestyle dance Oct. 20 on Church Street at the Feverish World Festival. The dancers were part of a bigger group who are in Higa’s Ballet and Contemporary Dance class who volunteered to join in the festival.
