New advisory council announced

The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking applicants for a new advisory in partnership with the Student Government Association.
CAS is seeking 12 undergraduate students to join the newly appointed “Dean’s advisory council,” according to an Oct. 22 email to the UVM community. The council will advise and give direct student input on the direction of CAS, according to the email.
Students are welcome to apply no matter their major but do have to be in CAS, according to the email.
If selected students will serve for an entire academic year, according to the email.
Further questions can be referred to SGA senator first-year Sam Pasqualoni or junior Jamie Benson, chair of the Academic Affairs committee, according to the email.
