Sawyer Loftus, Editor-in-Chief

Sawyer Loftus is the News Editor for the Vermont Cynic. He is a junior History major with a passion for News. This past summer he was an intern in the Burlington Free Press newsroom where he worked on developing multimedia news packages. He has interned in Vermont Public Radio’s newsroom, doing digital reporting and production work for All Things Considered. He joined the Cynic in January 2018 as a first-year in the Podcast section. He has been a Multimedia Reporter, Senior Staff Writer, Summer Editor, and Assistant Breaking News Editor at the Cynic.
